Who you are:

You are a well experienced software development professional that seeks an opportunity to build a product from the ‘ground up’. You work well in a fast-paced environment and are able to lead groups of people to the successful completion of projects.

You have spent at least 3 years managing a team of full stack developers or software engineers on large projects. You have successfully designed, owned and shipped commercial software.

You have demonstratable experience integrating disparate services, ability to own the end-to-end development of new SaaS services, and have a solid understanding of the SDLC, from architecture to testing.

Centric Mining Systems is on a clear path to growth. As such, we required an experienced Software Development Manager. In this role, you will play a key leadership role and be responsible leading a team of software developers and provide overall management of our product development processes.

You will work with relevant stakeholders to review and understand the requirements of our customers and oversee the development and on-time and on-budget delivery of our products.

You will work architect solutions within our chosen technology framework and deliver those solutions with a high degree of quality control and assurance.

You will foster an environment of continuous improvement while ensuring that each member of our development team is achieving their personal and professional goals.

What you bring to the table:

You have been in a leadership position in an organization that develops and delivers commercial software solutions.  You have proven success in managing groups of software developers with at least 8 years of relevant experience.

You have hands-on experience with development of full stack applications using technologies such as Angular, C#, SQL Databases, and additional experience in Azure services such as Logic app, Functions, Event Hubs, and other related technologies.

You have been involved in architecting solutions from the ‘ground up’ while also being able to support legacy products.

You have demonstrable project management skills and are an articulate communicator who will establish and maintain strong communications channels with internal stakeholders.

You have a relevant educational background, preferable in Computer Science or a related discipline.
