Centric is full of possibilities, and you will want to use them all. But let’s be honest, the implementation training was a while ago. And some functionality you just don’t use every day. Do you need a refresher? Schedule a quick online training session with one of our talented analysts, or a more formal in-person session to get a fully comprehensive review. You may even want a custom training video or work instruction created as a reminder.
Advance your knowledge with additional training. You may want to become a dash boarding guru, or master of form editing. Whatever your goals, we can help you achieve Centric greatness with in-person or online training offerings. Pick the Roles or Programs (see appendices) that you would like to learn, and we’ll schedule it in.
New Feature Training
We are constantly improving and advancing our product to meet the needs of your growing business, and we want you to reap the benefits. We will let you know monthly what new features are coming up, and when Centric releases become available. Training on these new features will help you to stay ahead of the competition and on the front-line of technology. These sessions can be scheduled either online or in-person, so you can fully utilize Centric and maximize the knowledge generated by your data.
Your operation is constantly evolving, and we want to make sure that your people are set up to succeed. When new employees join your team, let Centric help with the on-boarding process. We will conduct a one-on-one session, in person or online, to walk this new person through your implementation and make sure they are ready for the job.
Online Training: A Centric analyst will conduct an online training session through a program such as Go-To-Training or Skype to suit your teams needs.
