Today, we are excited to announce that Centric Mining Systems has been acquired by Datamine, a wholly owned subsidiary of Vela Software, an operating group of Constellation Software (TSX: CSU).
We are pleased to share that Centric Mining Systems will remain as an independent business under the Datamine umbrella and retain the Centric brand. We will continue to work closely with our customers maintaining the consistent high levels of expertise and service that you have come to expect from us.
